The Management Board manages the Foundation and represents it in relations with the third parties. To its tasks belong especially:

• elaborating on strategy and preparing action programmes, 
• directing current activities and financial policy,
• implementing annual action plans,
• acquiring funds from national and international sources,
• taking decisions about exploitation of the Foundation's property, 
• receiving donations, heritages and bequests,
• organizing and executing economic activity,
• preparing the annual financial report and reports from Management Board's activity.
