The Gdansk Entrepreneur's Academy is a training project aimed at Gdansk entrepreneurs, their employees and residents of the city planning to start their own business. It seeks mainly to develop the personal and professional skills of local entrepreneurs and as a result help the local market. The project is financed mainly by the City of Gdansk and has been held successfully since 2007. The 4th incarnation of this project included 66 training sessions in 14 different topics. Those attending any of the sessions devoted to managing their own economic activity, creation of business plans, marketing, commercial negotiations, accountancy or finance were given the chance to use the Foundation’s e-learning platform containing interactive courses related to the above topics.
